“Wish We Were Their Client” Campaign

Our client is a manufacturer of power assisted exercise machines. Our brief is to establish and build their share of the leisure centre market both directly and through building partnerships.

As part of a sustained lead generation exercise, we created our ‘Wish We Were There’ postcard campaign, which is a play on the ‘wish you were here’ term used in seaside postcards.

The characters in the card are cartoon representations of two of the Sport England demographic segments most likely to use Shapemaster – Roger & Joy. The story is that all other leisure centres compete for the same 12% of people who have gym memberships, whilst centre that install this equipment will gain access to a growing market and the sustainable revenue that follows.

We focused on the needs of their customers and matched them with our client’s solution.

This campaign involved direct mail, digital and telephone follow-up.
