As an initial project, we used our contacts and experience to arrange a presentation of our client’s latest research at the House of Commons, which was attended by MPs, businesses leaders and influential organisations.
Subsequently we built relationships with organisations ranging from The Bank of America, Microsoft and Aviva, through to Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust and Circle Housing. In terms of business, we introduced several projects with values from £3k to £25k to the sales pipeline. The client has recognised our value in matching their services with the needs and budgets of their prospect customers.
We helped the client to define a valuable service to business and to position it in the market. We helped them to understand their products and services from their customers’ perspective and to shape their offer accordingly.
The company aims to change from a micro business to an SME over the next few years and we will help them to achieve this through growth and structural change.
